SMS messaging program

CLEENLY sends text messages to customers who booked a cleaning at cleenly.app/book and gave express consent through a separate, unchecked opt-in checkbox on the final step of the booking form. We do not message anyone who has not opted in.

Messages we send:

Booking confirmations with the price estimate
Day-before reminders
Cleaner-arrival notifications
Post-service receipts
No more than 2 promotional messages per month, and only with separate consent
